We remodeled the kitchen!

Since Westley wanted a project to do, what better way to improve a home than work on the kitchen! We did all the work ourselves and we have the bumps, bruises and achy joints to prove it.

We put in new flooring, new hardware on the knobs and faceplates, a new chandelier and I found this amazing Pottery Barn table and chairs on Craigslist for a steal.

I think it looks amazing!

Happy 232nd Birthday, America!

We had a great time at the Loganville parade today! Also, it is our 5th wedding anniversary. I cannot wait to see the fireworks tonight.

Yellow River Game Ranch

We had so much fun today at the Yellow RIver Game Ranch. It was a beautiful day and we had such a great time feeding the wildlife. The animals were tame and so friendly. Colton and Macie (and me) had never seen deer that would eat out of your hand. The squirrels were especially fearless too.

We can't wait to go back!

Poor Kodiak!

Kodiak was so excited to see Dada that he tore his ACL. Ugh. He had surgery to repair it and now is in a cast for the next month or so. No more running around for a while.
