Colton is going to be a circus performer

He taught himself how to spin my coaster stones. You can see him in action here. His Dada & I are so proud. :)

Congratulations to the Campbells!

A HUGE congrats to the Campbell family on the birth of their little princess! Alexandra Grace was born yesterday, June 19th at 10:01 AM. She was 6 lbs. 11 oz. and 19.5 inches long. Big Brother Lane, Andy and Raylene are all ecstatic.

We can't wait for Alex and Macie to become best buds.

We love you guys!

Swimming is so much fun!

Well, since there are not many places to swim around us, we bought a very expensive inflatable pool from Target to fit the bill.

Colton looks so stylin' in his size 12-month swim trunks. :) Posted by Picasa

Happy Father's Day!

I totally shocked my husband this year by purchasing a harmonica, The Idiot's Guide to Playing the Harmonica, and 4 one-hour lessons with a professional harmonicist!

Needless to say, he was thrilled!

I hope all of you dads had a great day too!

We're having a girl!

Well, after an in depth ultrasound this morning, the technician announced that we had a very healthy baby! She failed in all attempts to find any boy parts... And trust me, we tried to find them!

So, it looks like the McDuffies are having a little GIRL around Thanksgiving!

I attached a pic of her profile. She is lying on her back and her nose and mouth are on the left for those of you novices.

Please continue your happy thoughts for a healthy baby for us!

BTW - I think her Dada is already buying more guns to clean when her first date comes over. Posted by Picasa

YUM! Chocolate pudding is the best!

Colton really loved this new treat. It was sugar-free, but he would never know that.

He went from the kitchen table directly to the bathtub. Posted by Picasa

Colton got the coolest new toy!

I don't know who is enjoying it more right now, him or me!

Kodiak looks on with interest too. :) Posted by Picasa

GO MAVS!

Tonight the Mavericks take on the Heat for the NBA Finals. I think the Mavs are going to win in 6 at home at the AAC.

How I wish I could be there in person...

Enjoy!

Our trip to Orlando!

Dada had a conference in Orlando, so Colton and I packed up the Avalanche and drove to Orlando to meet him. We had such a wonderful time.

Here is the view from our hotel room at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes. You can see the kiddie area and the lazy river pool.

The weather was perfect and we had an amazing time.

I can't wait until both the kids are older and we can go back to Orlando and go to all the theme parks that Orlando has to offer. Posted by Picasa

The McDuffie Clan at Sea World!

We were so excited to learn that Sea World was offering complimentary tickets to military and their dependents. It was such a beautiful day and we got to apend a lovely evening enjoying the sights.

Colton is obviously excited too! Posted by Picasa

Baby Dolphins!

The Dolphin nursery was a wonderful way to see the dolphins up close. Next time, I want to swim with the dolphins... Posted by Picasa

SHARK!

The shark tank was so cool. The sharks were everywhere and they were even swimming above your head. Posted by Picasa

Colton is having a ball at Sea World!

Here he is waiting in line for the "Pets Ahoy" show, which featured trained dogs, cats, birds, ducks, a pig and even a skunk!

It was such a cute show, but it was WAY too short. Posted by Picasa

Colton is fascinated with Shamu!

The Shamu show was a hit. Colton enjoyed watching the killer whales and seeing the splashing of the water. Posted by Picasa
I would love to be a trainer! They were amazing. Posted by Picasa

Here's Shamu!

We did not sit in the Splash Zone thankfully! Posted by Picasa
