Yep, Colton has finally decided that it is more fun to roll over than stay on his back or worse, his tummy...
He's brilliant, huh? All those "Baby Einstein" toys must be the trick!

Back from Big D
Well, we got back from Dallas late last night. What a wonderful visit. No matter where the McDuffie clan is or will be, to me, Dallas is HOME! Even more because I still have my townhouse in Las Colinas. It's on the market again, but I sure loved staying there while I was home.
It was a very long trip in the car (14 hours), but Colton was a trooper. He slept most of the way to Dallas, but was a bear on the way back to Georgia. I think he had had enough of his car seat. That or he hated leaving Texas as much as I did! :)
We visited all sorts of friends and family. The week started with a trip to Coppell to see the dad-to-be Brad Hunt. I had LOTS of advice (wanted and unwanted) for him and Janay. Their daughter, Juliana, will be born any day. I can't wait for Colton and Jules to be big buds.
We then visited my former school and saw lots of my West pals. Colton was an absolute angel. He met all of my "peeps", his grampa Dick Lethe, his cousins Daniel & Mary Caroline and even attended a wedding of a former student of mine, Meghan Wasson. I saw many of my former students and their families. In fact, one of my former students has 3 kids. Wow. One is tough enough for me.
Lastly, we even had a short (comparatively) trip to New Orleans to meet Westley's co-workers and housemate. They were all very nice and it is good to know that my husband is in good hands while he is away. Someday soon I know that we will all be together.
If I missed you while I was there, I will try next time. In the meantime, please keep in touch!

3 months? Are you kidding me?
Can Colton really be three months old already? Crazy. I have always heard that the time with your baby goes by so fast, but puh-lease! Yep, my little man is growing up.
We had professional photos taken at Olan Mills today. Boy, how beautiful they came out! I cannot wait to get them. It's the pits that it takes so long to get them. I am *SO* impatient! :)
